Step 1 - ConsultationDuring our initial consultation we gather all the necessary information to complete your mortgage application. This appointment can be carried out in our office or at location more convenient to you. |
Step 2 - Decision in PrincipleWe source the right lender based on your circumstances & can provide you with a certificate showing the decision in principle. This is of course subject to full application, however you can give to your estate agent to show that you can potentially get a mortgage. |
Step 3 - ApplicationOnce you have made a successful bid on a property we proceed with a full mortgage application. We will require payslips, bank statements and proof of ID at this stage.

Step 4 - Close the DealOnce the lender has made a full mortgage offer, we will liaise with your estate agent and your solicitor to make sure that your purchase or re-mortgage completes without a hitch.
